I would call this a once in a lifetime opportunity because I have never seen anything like it in all my years.

The hardcover books measure 8½x11 and contain 208 pages each with approximately 40,000 words each. There are beautiful lavish photos with step-by-step instructions for each countries dishes. Includes about 100 recipes in each book.

Each hardcover book has a corresponding recipe book. It is spiral bound for easier use in the kitchen while also protecting the beautiful hardback book from getting dirty. The spiral books measure 9 x 6.

Each book in the series had specialist recipe writers, editors, and testers, including some of my favorite chefs and food writers like MFK Fisher, James Beard, and Jacques Poupon.

Condition:

All books are in good vintage condition.

Some books have more scuffs or more end bumping than others. The covers with darker backgrounds have more obvious surface scuffs. A corner dents on some books. Only the India book has the owner's name written in ink in the front of the book.

The recipe booklets were used for cooking so there are more stains, bumps, other minor cover damage. I am happy to answer any questions or take any photos you may want.
